Fill Your Cup is a 3-month program that includes:
Six Virtual Private Coaching Sessions (typically every other week via phone or video).
Monthly Private Energy Sessions (with Distant Reiki & Guided Meditation) for holistic integration.
Access to group Energy Sessions held for all clients.
Email coaching for support & accountability in between sessions.
Approachable weekly plans to get you unstuck and moving toward your desired goals.
Customized tools & resources to deepen your learning and growth.
Digital Self-Care Toolkit filled with guided meditations, weekly planning worksheets to stay on track, self-care exercises, and affirmations for creating healthy boundaries.
